Miss Kitty is still scooting but not as much. I’m hoping for more improvement over time. The rating I gave the medicine is more of a rating of her improvement in the time she’s been taking it. My 6yr old male GSD has been diagnosed with perianal fistula disease. It’s caused him pain and constipation and since using the dog laxative, he’s able to have pain free bowel movements daily.
I put them in pill pockets (they also dissolve in a little water- let soak a few minutes- then I add to his food) and he eats them up. When I am consistent it has decreased the scooting .
Found out my basset had impacted glands. Been taking her to the Vet to have them expressed once a month for about a year now. Tried a supplement recommended by the Vet, but it didn't seem to help. I have no idea how to upload a video, but I can tell you within three days of taking scoot topper my Willow was feeling better.
