My cat Teddy was diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism and they wanted to put him on medication for it which required blood test in three weeks and on and on. I am giving him these pills in his food and feeding him wet cat food along with the dry. He gained a pound so far and has mellowed out some. I think it is working, but time will tell. So far I am very pleased with this product.

Well I am definitely seeing some improvement in my Gracie's anxiety that is triggered from her thyroid being out of balance.... she's still eating alot & drinking alot more water, but I'm not seeing any weight gain thus far. She's only been in this product for hyperthyroidism now going into week 4. I hope to see her to continue improving as time goes on. I've also made some other changes to her diet that should keep helping to improve her symptoms. Thank you for all of the wonderful products you make to help our fur babies... I've used the skin & itch before & also the calming spray, both of which worked wonderfully for Grace. 🐾

Q & A

What if my 17 yr. old male cat does not have hyperthiroidism. But takes it for weight gain. I see a good differences after 2 weeks but is it still safe to take Mary asked on June 29, 2022
Hello Mary, you can still take the remedy to help your cat gain weight. Even if they don't have hyperthyroidism they may have a slightly elevated thyroid function that is contributing to keeping their weight low in which case the remedy will help. However, if you start seeing any of the typical symptoms of hyperthyroidism appear then please reduce the dosage or even switch to giving the remedy every other day. If the symptoms continue, then stop the remedy entirely. Let us know if you have any other questions - we are always happy to help. BestLife4Pets answered on June 30, 2022 store managerstore manager

Can I give my cat Hyperthyroid + weight support along with healthy skin and allergy relief? My cat has hyperthyroidism and food allergies. So far the Healthy skin & allergy relief is working. Sandra White asked on June 18, 2022
Hello Sandra, you can safely use the Hyperthyroid remedy and the Healthy Skin and Allergy relief for Cats remedies together. Although we recommend that the remedies be given separately (even if it's 20 minutes apart), if this is not possible then you can give the two remedies at the same time. However, for a cat, we would not recommend giving more than 4 pills at once so if you need to give more then just split it over several doses. Let us know if you have any more questions - we are always happy to help. BestLife4Pets answered on June 20, 2022 store managerstore manager

What are the actual ingredients? "Natural plants and minerals" is too vague. I would like to know all the specific ingredients being used, and also the manufacturing process, if possible. Thank you Susan Johnson asked on May 11, 2022
Hi Susan, here are the ingredients of the Cat Hyperthyroid remedy: Adonis vernalis D3+30C, Cactus grand D3+30C, Crataegus oxy D3+30C, Ignatia D3+30C, Iodium 30C, Lycopus virg D6+60C, Natrum mur 30C, Strophanthus D3+30C Non medicinal: lactose based pills This is a homeopathic remedy that is made by from plants that are usually dissolved with alcohol and water into a tincture or ground into a powder from which a tincture is made. One part/drop of this “mother tincture” is then dissolved again to make the formula. The typical dilution scales used in homeopathy are C or D scales which indicates the number of times the tincture is mixed is dissolved and energized. The process used to make the remedy ensures that it is very safe for pets. If you want to know more about homeopathy and how our remedies are made you can check out our FAQ page. You can also reach out again with any questions you may have - we are always happy to help. BestLife4Pets answered on May 13, 2022 store managerstore manager

Is it safe to give this supplement along with Felimazole? My 17 Yr old male was diagnosed with hyperthyroid and beginning "kidney cat" blood values back in Dec '21. He is still loosing weight, wanting to be fed multiple times a day - but he seems to loose interest in his food after a few minutes. Maria Castro asked on May 6, 2022
Hello Maria, yes you can give the Hyperthyroid for Cats remedy along with other medicines or special diets as the remedy has no contra-indications and will not interfere with other treatments. If your kitty is losing interest in the food, could it be because eating is painful? Have you checked out his mouth to see if there are any problems with the teeth, tongue or gums. Sometimes the reason cats don't eat is because of pain in the mouth. If that is the case, let us know as we can help with this as well. Why is the name and composition different from the other hyperthyroid supplement from you? Why was ingredients changed? Nat mur is supposed to be good but it’s missing now? Liz asked on April 16, 2022
Hi Liz, I am sorry about the delay in getting back to you. Our remedy still contains Nat Mur and we have not changed the formula - where are you seeing something different, please let us know so that we can correct it? BestLife4Pets answered on April 19, 2022 store managerstore manager
